I cannot believe how fast things are changing with him. I seriously have a hard time remembering what life was like before he became part of our family. Hyrum is such a joy to us. He makes everyone in the family happy instantly with is cute smiles and hearty chuckles. We all love to hold/kiss/snuggle/love on him. We are truly blessed to call him ours.

A little outside Time!

Hyrum isn't really a fan of going on walks with me. But he comes any way.

Frankly winter wasn't really winter around here. Its been pretty mild and because of this we have been able to spend a lot more time outside. Which also means April was a little warmer than usual. Thus at the very beginning of April the kids were swim suit ready!

Swim suits were worn and off they went to enjoy some sprinkler time!

Baseball Season!!!!

Briggs has been desperate to play baseball again for awhile now. The league that started the soonest was i9 and that's where he went. I always love seeing him play! He has gotten so good over the years and he is so proud. I believe next season we will be switching to a more competitive league where they actually keep score and let them really play. But so far its been another good season.

A few weeks into the season Briggs won a sportsmanship award.

Brigham was also excited because we signed up with his friend Asher.

Briggs has decided he wants to play for the rangers and has really been practicing hard :) On the field last week he really made some good plays!

Easter 2016

We had a pretty low key Easter this year.  The kids woke up to their Easter Baskets and loved going through everything. As you can see Hyrum and Brigham's are above and Emily and Abby's are below. After the consumption of much candy it was time to go to church to celebrate the REAL reason for our Easter Sunday.

Getting ready for church. Hyrum looked pretty darn Handsome!

This about sums up our life.

After church we came home and I made some grilled chicken leg quarters, strawberry spinach salad and biscuits and it was delicious.

Then because we were a little late to the ball game we commenced operation egg dye. The kids really enjoyed pulling the eggs out to see the final color. These are moments that I hate preparing for and sometimes skip but when it comes to their faces and reactions,  its well worth it.
