Brighams Daddy Date

Last month Seth and Briggs had a daddy date. As mentioned in previous posts, its one of Brigham's favorite things to do. I must have pestered Seth enough because this time he took pictures :) I was just now able to get them from him. Love my boys.

Rangers vs Cubs

Brigham's team is the Cubs and they had their first game yesterday. No I will not be that parent that posts pictures from every game. But I will post the 1st :) He did AWESOME. By that I mean he played well and he didn't cry and he went on the field willingly!  The whole teams was so cute! They don't do much in the field during the game. They are just learning, so its a little slow, but it was fun.

We had a good time and his favorite part was hitting and the snacks. Way to go BUD!

BASEBALL!!!

Practicing hitting

This year Brigham wanted to try baseball instead of soccer. We signed up with one of his friends which has helped him participate more. His team is the Cubs. He looks adorable in his little uniform.  This was the night of his very first practice. He was so excited and then so exhausted. Once we were done he kept asking to go to bed. He did pretty well. He isn't used to hitting on a T and struggled a little there. He probably would have done better if there was a pitcher :)

Its definitely a challenge wrangling three kids at practice where he needs so much help. But we are doing it. I carry Emily in the Hiking backpack and Abby runs around like a horse. Unfortunately Seth will be traveling for his first few games and will miss them :(

Brighams 4th Birthday!

Goof Ball
September 11th, 2013 marked Brigham's 4th birthday!  I say it every birthday and yet I am going to say it again, I cannot believe it! Why do my kids insist on growing up? I even ask Brigham to stop growing sometimes and he says no, but I can still keep him.

He is such a little handsome stud. We celebrated with family and one friend this year. I don't think I will be able to get away with this much longer as Abby and Brigham are starting to want friend parties. But, I digress.  We had a good time with yummy food. Brigham made out like a bandit, per usual. He got everything he asked for. Which is rather surprising.

Stats:

height: 40Inches (43%) -he is on track to be 5'9" Poor boy
Weight: 36lbs (51%)

Emily's First HairCUT!!!!

Emily is 20 Months Old and has been in dire need of a hair cut for some time. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I love her little curls and crazy hair do. She is constantly swiping it out of her face so I decided it must be time.

I took her in and got her a little trim. She cried for like 30 seconds and was a complete angel after that. I couldn't believe how good she was. I mean, I had to wrestle both Abby and Briggs for more than their 1st haircuts. Even other customers were commenting on how good she was. I was thankful :)
