Road Trippin

I've been wanting to make a trip to Utah this summer. However, after a few failed attempts at planning, I figured it wasn’t going to happen.  But in the end we finally made it work.  Seth was able to drive us up there and then fly to a job site from Utah. Then on the way home he did the reverse. 

We went for 2 weeks and had a fantastic and crazy time as you will see in the many posts to follow.

We drove overnight, the only way to do it with kids, and made it in 18 hours. It was long, hard and extremely tiring. But we made it. Considering the length of time it takes to get there the kids were pretty good, the trip home is a different story but, we did it.

A little disgruntled and ready to be there.

On the final diaper change stop we actually got out to stretch our legs. We were literally less than an hour from our destination but we couldn't resist looking at the beautiful surroundings.

I was a little freaked out that they were so close. You cannot see it but there was a significant drop right there.
