A Preschool Party

Last week Abigail had a preschool Easter party and Egg hunt. I decided to take Briggs and Emily and join her in the fun. She was sooooo excited to hunt eggs and take her basket to school. All the kids had made bunny hats which they wore (Abby's lasted about 3 minutes and then she gave it to Briggs.) When they let all the kids run and find eggs Abby was intent on finding only blue eggs. Thus all the kids had gathered their allotted 12 eggs and Abby had about 2 in her basket.

Finally she realized she was behind the curve and decided to go for it. It took her a long time to finally reach 12 eggs but she did it. After they hunted eggs the Easter Bunny hopped out and of course my kids were none to pleased. Briggs started clinging to me for dear life and began to cry. Abby stuck close by me as well and never made it even close to the bunny.

The Oh so scary bunny.
After the Easter Egg Hunt we went back to Abby's class room where they had a little lunch party. Everyone brought a little something and the chowed down. Ms Fawn (Abby's teacher) made them all little bags of "bunny tails" to eat (marshmallows) they were really cute. It was funny because we were in the class room and Briggsy started to freak out at cling to me. I turned around and saw two bunny ears peaking in the classroom. That did it, Briggs was stuck to me like glue.
Ready to eat! That's Ms Fawn in the back.

Briggs realized he needed some food too.

Abby was happy to share.

Then he stole a bite of her cupcake while she went to the trash can
