A new year, A new School

At meet the teacher

In march we received a flyer about a new charter school they were building nearby.  We were intrigued and signed Abby up to see if she would even get in.  Its a lottery system so we thought the chances were slim.  She got in!!! Seth has always wanted the kids to go to private school and this is the next best thing. Its tri-lingual. She is taught half the day in Spanish and half the day in English. She also takes Chinese a few times a week. The school is focused on leadership, responsibility, accountability and teaching character traits. They have healthy life policies and the kids have gym everyday. Abby was a bit hesitant to go but so far she likes it. Except one boy in her class :) She has made some friends and now we have a carpool with a friend from her old school. Its been good so far! We shall see as the year progresses.
